The kidnapper demanded a ransom but never showed up to collect it, leaving behind only a tape recording of his voice. The case was closed without any leads or suspects.

15 years later, Chang-Ho is shocked to find a white flower at the crime scene, which was only known by him, the girl's mother and the kidnapper. He realizes that the kidnapper is back and planning to strike again. He teams up with Ha-kyeong's mother (Uhm Jung-hwa), who has been searching for clues on her own, and a former detective (Song Young-chang), who claims to know the identity of the kidnapper.

As they race against time to catch the culprit, they discover that there is more to the case than meets the eye. They uncover a web of secrets, lies and conspiracies that involve powerful figures and hidden motives. Will they be able to solve the myster
